Our process begins with a client session where we’ll go into a detailed dive into what your brand means to you. This is our chance to get up close and personal. We’ll begin by discussing your initial questionnaire. We want to develop a conversation about your brand message, why you started your business, and how together we can zero in on your target audience. We want to capture a genuine feel for your business and bring it to life. Following our conversation, you’ll receive a client welcome kit, as well as instructions detailing all that we will need to get started on your dreams. We will begin research and assembling your brand style guide. Using your inspirations, along with the collection of insights from our previous sessions, we’ll create a visual mood board and take the first step to bringing your business to life.

This is when the fun starts! Upon completion of the Discover process, we’ll utilize the brand style guide to begin concept development. During this process, we’ll develop one aligned vision for your specific brand that is uniquely catered to you alone. Communication is key! The more we’re able to open a dialogue, the more comprehensive the final design will be. According to your selected package, we’ll thoroughly review the final concept. Final edits can be made up to this point to ensure it’s perfect.

The moment you’ve been anticipating is finally here! The visual representation of all your hard work and dedication is complete. After tying up any loose ends, We’ll send your final design files, compressed in zip format. If you’ve gone all in with The Lux Suite, you will also receive a detailed guide on how to navigate the backend of your new virtual showcase. Though this signals the completion of our project, there’s nothing we’d love more than to continue our relationship.
