  • Once the proposal is signed and 50% deposit is sent, we’ll send you a onboarding checklist of all the items needed to get started.

    We choose to work with only a handful of clients, which allows us to dedicate all our attention and give you the absolute best.

  • Yes! My packages are a great starting point, but they’re not one-size-fits-all. If you have a specific vision, a unique project, or need something a little outside the usual scope, we can create a custom design experience around your goals, timeline, and budget.

  • I accept payment via credit card (+4% processing fee) and Zelle. Payment options and schedules may vary depending on the project, so we’ll go over everything together before we get started.

  • 50% up front and 50% at the end of the project before final files are released.

  • Yes. Broken up into 3 or 4 payments throughout the span of the project.

  • I help shape your website copy so it sounds like you and clearly communicates what you offer. Copy support varies by package, so we’ll confirm what’s included before we begin. Photography isn’t included, but I can curate commercial-use stock images and guide you on the brand photos that would work best.

  • Your design investment covers creating your website. Ongoing costs, such as your website subscription, domain renewal, and any paid apps are separate and paid directly to the providers. We’ll go over what you need before you commit, so you know what to expect.

  • Your website is yours to manage! I provide a how-to guide so you can confidently make everyday updates, like changing text, swapping photos, and updating services. For bigger changes, you can reach out for a separate quote.

  • I may use AI to support brainstorming, copy refinement, or select visual elements when appropriate. Your creative direction, design decisions, and final details are personally created and developed by me. We’ll discuss any AI-generated imagery before it becomes part of your brand.
